You can ask for Hector Vasquez. Our hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. NOTE: If the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and is needing servicing, contact us and we will give you the information you will need to contact them directly.
Statement of Guarantee
B & R Telephone will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
